RCJN Jewellers, Dariba Kalan
Ratan Chand Jwala Nath has sold gold jewellery from Chandni Chowk since 1752. The site we built puts the collections first, photographed properly, and lets two and a half centuries of history do the trust work. In their marketing director's words: "SEO Spidy has helped us expand our customer base through effective digital marketing strategies."
What Old Delhi traders need
Each lane trades in something different, and the website follows the trade:
- Khari Baoli (spices, dry fruits, herbs, grains): a price list by product and pack size, bulk rates on request, and pan-India dispatch details
- Chawri Bazar (brass, copper, hardware, paper): a catalogue by material and size, with minimum order quantities
- Chandni Chowk's textile and jewellery houses: collections with real photographs, and trust detail for buyers who can't visit
- Sadar Bazar wholesalers: a large searchable catalogue with WhatsApp ordering for retailers in other cities
Catalogue first
Retailers in other towns search for the product and the market together. They want three answers: is it in stock, what's the bulk rate, how does it reach me. A catalogue with a WhatsApp basket answers all three. Prices can stay hidden until a buyer asks, if that's how you trade. Larger catalogues with trade logins are custom development.
